Spore strips are specially manufactured as biological indicator for sterility testing in the sterilization process.
- A conventional paper strip biological indicator for sterility testing in various sterilization environments for both Healthcare and Industrial Applications
- For monitoring Steam, Low Temperature Steam, Ethylene Oxide, Dry Heat, Formaldehyde fumigation and Gamma sterilization processes.
- Micro-organisms used for strips are: Geobacillus stearothermophilus (ATCC 7953), Bacillus subtilis (ATCC 5230), Bacillus atrophaeus (ATCC 9372), Bacillus pumilus (27142).
